Lisa Wynne, M.A,

Lisa Wynne is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from the Yorkville University in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Administration from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario.
Lisa has experience working with children, adolescents and adults who have challenges with anxiety, depression, grief, emotional regulation, trauma, health conditions, and are highly sensitive. She enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults and strives to provide them with an opportunity for personal growth and understanding through empathy, a positive non-judgmental collaboration, and the therapeutic approaches most suitable for the client’s needs. Using her lived experience and elective education, Lisa works from a person-centred therapeutic approach using cognitive behaviour therapy, expressive arts therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and PACE (playfulness, acceptance, curiosity, and empathy) to assist her clients to achieve their wellness goals.
