Grace Armstrong, M.A.
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Grace is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Grace holds a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Queen’s University.
Grace practices a person-centred, relational approach in her work with clients. While her work is grounded in cognitive-behavioural therapy, Grace also incorporates play-based interventions,
narrative techniques, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, solution-focused brief therapy and emotion-focused techniques to develop a unique therapeutic experience for each client.
Grace has previous work experience supporting both youth and adults with presenting challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, anger, interpersonal relationships, emotional regulation and self-esteem.
In addition to her client work, Grace also likes reading, her dog, movie theatres, yoga and making Spotify playlists.
