Our Story

Dr. Angela Fountain & Associates was originally founded in 1994 by Dr. Angela Fountain, in response to the limited psychological assessment and treatment services for children/youth and their families in the Durham Region. Since then, Dr. Fountain has built a solid professional reputation in the area and has maintained an increasing stream of client referrals from the Durham community since starting the practice. Together with her daughter and Registered Psychologist, Dr. Emily Jones, Dr. Fountain & Associates now staff a multi-disciplinary team of professionals providing a wide range of mental health services for children, adolescents and adults.

The team at Dr. Fountain & Associates is made up of Registered Psychologists, Psychological Associates, Social Workers, Psychotherapists, Equine Specialists, and clinicians working under supervision. We believe in offering a multidisciplinary team so that we can find the best solutions to fit you and your family's needs.
